Complaint against a Customer Service person

I would like to make a complaint against one of your customer service people, who answered my call this morning @7:30 a.m. Western Australian time . She was very rude she did not listen to what I was asking, and then hang up on me. I live in the East Kimberley and the Greyhound bus is only source of transport if you don't own a vehicle, I am a loyalty customer & I had to call back and wait in line to be answered again, the other customer service person was very helpful and within 5 minutes, she rectified the problem. So if you don't want to lose any loyal customers, Greyhound, I suggest you have a look at your staff members who answer these phone calls from people he live in Remote areas. Thank you and I would like a feedback as well. Marianne Skeen

I am writing this complaint because my teenage daughter and her teenage friend were left on the side of the road early this morning in the freezing cold 7/07/2022 at Childers Qld, they rang your company when they suspected something was wrong, they were told the bus was at Apple Tree creek having a break, Apple Tree creek is before Childers, so why this information that there was to be a pick at Childers is very concerning. because the bus went straight past them. I know people can make mistakes but this one is dispicable. All we got from staff was sorry and nothing yous could do about it but refund tickets, catch bus the next day AT no cost.. What about the inconvience to all to pick up,after dropping them off ,"with twin babies", then dropping them off again and not to mention the cost of FEUL involved. We are very saddened by this event, the girls were stuck in childers for hours.. we have always recommended Greyhound for travel and always used your service, i don't think that will be likely in the future. I bought the bus hop on - hop off and many other things with wicked travel and they have cancelled 3 of my buses in different days. I re-booked my buses and they sayed that now they are going for sur but Nobody give me a solution and they dont want to refound nothing as well. This is a disrespect, most of the people are in their holidays and they are making this time a horrible experience. Their excuse is the cyclone Debbie, but from a couple of days the roads are clear to the north. On the other hand, they didn't take the responsability about the rest of ther tours that i bought, they just delegate everything to the providers. I dont recomend this company at all
